Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities

• Preparation of shipping documents such as BOL, Manifesto.
• Print UPS, FedEx and shipping labels.
• Print AWB’s, call the airlines.
• Send EDI
• Contact the carriers to request ETA, rates, shipping times, others.
• Package and cargo tracking.
• Process returned boxes, exchanges and special orders.
• Organize and scan POD and collect tickets
• Communicate with drivers
• answer phone calls
• Other duties as needed
• organizational skills
• self motivated
• detail oriented
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Computer skills-Microsoft word-exce
• Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Pay: $13.50 hour + OT
