- Enter and Maintain Data with Precision

- Update and maintain existing records to ensure they’re complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and make corrections as needed.
- Perform data cleansing and deduplication to keep our databases clean and reliable.
- Ensure Data Quality and Accuracy
- Review and validate your data entries to meet our high standards for accuracy and completeness.
- Cross-check data against source documents to catch and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits of our databases to identify and correct errors or outdated information.
- Flag incomplete or inaccurate data for review, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Manage and Organize Documents Like a Pro
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital records, making sure they’re easy to find and access.
- Scan, digitize, and archive paper documents to keep our systems up-to-date.
- Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and filing of documents following our company protocols.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, or documents by extracting and formatting data as needed.
- Protect Data Security and Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive information (e.g., personal, financial, or medical data) with care and discretion, following company policies and regulations like GDPR or HIPAA.
- Ensure secure storage and disposal of confidential documents to protect our data and our clients.
- Report any data breaches or security concerns to your supervisor immediately to keep our systems safe.
- Collaborate and Support Your Team
- Work closely with departments like accounting, HR, or customer service to support their data needs.
- Respond to data inquiries from team members or managers quickly and professionally.
- Assist in generating reports, summaries, or data exports when requested.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on processes and tools.
- Use Technology to Get the Job Done
- Use data entry software, databases, and tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or our CRM/ERP systems to perform your tasks efficiently.

- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to data entry tools and escalate complex problems to IT support.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role (entry-level candidates welcome!).
- Experience with data entry software, databases, or CRM systems is a plus.

- Certifications (Optional but a Plus)
- Certified Data Entry Operator (CDEO).
