About The Role

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including databases and point of sale systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, photocopiers, and calculators
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in hospitality, administrative support, or customer service is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Enter and retrieve work-related information accurately using computer systems and point of sale technology
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents, forms, and computer data
  • Support the sales team by updating records, managing reservations, and responding to guest inquiries
  • Operate standard office equipment including telephones, fax machines, and photocopiers
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and company assets
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, safety, and security protocols
  • Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and guests, supporting team goals
  • Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of written documents and communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, productivity, safety, and cost savings
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to management
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors to meet operational needs
