Responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll be responsible for accurate and timely billing of completed tasks

• Create invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to Customers
• Insure timely completion of work assignments
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Collections
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
• Collaborate when necessary with other team members and Customers to resolve billing inconsistencies/discrepancies
• Operate a variety of computer programs – (Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite)
