We are looking to grow our Accounting Department with an experienced Accounting Clerk. A solution-oriented professional who is driven to gain industry knowledge while working with the Accounting team to develop new processes, ensuring proper payment management, positive vendor relations, and timely reconciliations. Your Big Task:

  • Paying the bills!
  • Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 2-3 years experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; Sage Intacct experience is a huge bonus!
  • Know your way around a computer- Microsoft Office Suite; Service Titan experience a plus.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are key.
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to think outside the box.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
