After further exciting growth within FXC Intelligence, we are now seeking an additional Account Executive to join our growing sales team and be responsible for managing some of our most valued clients across North America. As well as being a highly regarded Account Executive, it’s essential you have experience in the finance and/or data space.

We are a fast-growing financial data (fintech) company, with an enterprise client list of household brands that includes Wells Fargo, PayPal, World Bank, Western Union and MasterCard, to name but a few. We are rapidly building on our already strong reputation in the finance sector and have a unique suite of products and expertise that positions us as a leader in our space. The role of Enterprise Account Executive:

The Enterprise Account Executive will further develop strong partnerships with our largest clients. As well as ensuring that we renew the client’s subscription on an annual basis, you will also be responsible for spotting cross-selling and upselling opportunities on a global scale.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Developing relationships with stakeholders at all levels across your client base
  • Successfully onboarding new clients to FXC Intelligence products, supporting the early adoption phase
  • Taking ownership of a client project from proposal to delivery
  • Managing active accounts and ensuring customer success
  • Supporting other senior members of the team in the development of new clients (e.g. presentations, RFPs)

To be considered for the role of Enterprise Account Executive:

  • You must be a highly professional individual with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, who has experience dealing with global clients. Other requirements include:
  • 3+ years’ experience as an Account Executive/Account Manager/Customer Success Manager/Enterprise Account Manager
  • Experience with enterprise-level clients, which must be gained within the financial services sector
  • BA or higher level degree
  • Highly professional, with excellent client relationship skills
