Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Onsite
$17 per hour
Our Olathe-based company is looking for an outstanding Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. Ideal candidates should be strong with their customer service background, be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is 100% onsite.
Position Requirements
- Provide excellent service to the customers, primarily via email and online portals
- Respond to customer inquiries and status requests
- Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for loads
- Coordinate with the Accounting department to resolve any billing issues
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience Requirements
- High School Degree or GED required
- 2+ years’ customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented
- Able to work 100% onsite in Olathe
