We’re currently looking for a dedicated Workplace Manager to oversee our New York City office operations and help shape an engaging, efficient, and people-first workplace culture. This is a full-time, permanent role based in New York City, with an expectation of being in the office four days per week.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Office Operations: Manage day-to-day operations across the NYC office, including hard and soft services like reception, food & beverage, hospitality, supplier relations, and general customer service.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance—this includes overseeing Health & Safety standards, OSHA regulations, and sustainability mandates.
- People Experience: Elevate employee and visitor engagement by managing induction programs, community activities, WX (Workplace Experience) tools, and pulse surveys—working alongside your Workplace Coordinator.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead the delivery of workplace programs in collaboration with the Global Workplace Director and local vendors, always maintaining high service standards.
- Stakeholder Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace communications and foster strong relationships with internal teams.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and performance indicators (KPIs) are met consistently.
- Project Oversight: Supervise office renovation or refurbishment efforts, making sure they reflect a cohesive and thoughtful employee journey.
- SOP Management: Review and update all standard operating procedures for the NYC office, keeping operations streamlined and effective.
- Budget Ownership: Take responsibility for the local office budget, including annual planning and day-to-day expenditure control.
- ESG & Data: Lead environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data reporting for the office, presenting monthly business insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Always look for innovative ways to enhance the workplace through improvements in service delivery and infrastructure.
