Dixon Quick Coupling in Dallas, NC is seeking a motivated Inventory Clerk to join their dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate the planning, tracking, and distribution of purchased parts inventory. The position involves monitoring inventory levels, receiving and inspecting materials, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely distribution of supplies. What You’ll Do:

• Assist in overseeing inventory control and managing deliveries.
• Inspect incoming and existing inventory for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report levels or discrepancies to management.
• Identify and document any discrepancies in inventory counts.
• Follow workplace protocols to ensure accurate tracking of inventory data.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
• Work safely in accordance with company safety policies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• Proficiency in math and strong computer skills; experience with company software systems preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds during a shift.
• Clear and effective communication with team members.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
