The Virtual Assist Auto Adjuster role allows you to work from home, with occasional fieldwork as needed. You will conduct remote vehicle inspections using photos and live video, write estimates, create supplements, and manage total losses. Your work requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and professional communication to deliver excellent service.

Preferred Qualifications

• 18+ months of experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell
• Expertise in preparing accurate cost estimates for paint, body, frame, and mechanical repairs
• Proficiency with virtual inspection tools and applications
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with insurance policies and auto claims regulations

Roles You Will Fill

• Customer Service Expert: Provide empathetic, clear, and committed support throughout the claims process
• Investigator: Independently review auto claims, assess damages, and determine coverage
• Effective Communicator: Engage with customers and stakeholders via phone, email, and video
• Negotiator: Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers
• Problem Solver: Use tools and critical thinking to process claims efficiently
• Recorder: Maintain accurate and timely documentation in claims systems

Training Requirement

• May require a 1-week in-person training in Wheeling, IL

Work Location & Requirements

• Remote, home-based role in the U.S.
• Dedicated workspace free of distractions
• Minimum internet speed: 50 MB download, 5 MB upload
• Appropriate work surface and seating

Work Schedule

• Schedules based on time zone:
  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • 10:00 am – 6:30 pm
• Times may vary based on business needs
