We’re currently seeking a Team Lead to support our site managers in overseeing daily operations and delivering an exceptional car wash experience. This position is perfect for individuals who love being active, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in serving others.
As a Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the management team in daily site operations
- Ensuring high standards in inventory, equipment, cleanliness, service, and safety
- Helping recruit, train, and coach teammates
- Leading by example through hands-on involvement in daily tasks
- Ensuring consistent and convenient service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service or sales
- Car wash experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive approach to organizing tasks and teams
- A passion for delivering excellent service and growing team performance

Compensation Details:
The role pays a base wage of $13.50/hour plus average commissions of $2/hour from membership sales, bringing the typical hourly earnings to $15.50/hour. Commissions are uncapped, and top earners often exceed this average. Final compensation depends on location and candidate experience.
