As a Supervisor, you’ll be actively involved in managing daily operations, motivating team members, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile. In the absence of senior managers, you’ll step up to keep the center running smoothly. You’ll have a direct impact on guest satisfaction, team development, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service every shift, resolve guest complaints, and collect feedback for continuous improvement
• Execute local marketing strategies to drive sales through leagues, open play bowling, and special events
• Build positive relationships with league bowlers and assist with scheduling, announcements, and league administration
• Help recruit, train, and schedule talented hourly team members
• Provide hands-on leadership on the floor to keep the team motivated and focused
• Support Food & Beverage operations by ensuring top-tier quality and consistency in guest experience
• Maintain flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
