Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all station store operations
• Help with recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff
• Support daily operations, bookkeeping, and merchandising tasks
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
• Execute food program standards efficiently
• Demonstrate leadership, urgency, and patience while guiding your team
• Ensure reliable and predictable on-site attendance
