This is a remote position based in the U.S., with preference for candidates in the EST zone due to team alignment.

As a Staff Accountant II, you will play a crucial role in managing core accounting functions, driving accurate financial operations, and supporting organizational growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support key accounting activities, including North America General Ledger close, global consolidation, and financial reporting.
  • Handle month-end close processes, ensuring accurate reconciliations for cash, accruals, and intercompany accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze detailed schedules to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Act as a primary point of contact during audits, providing essential documentation and insights.
  • Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and integration of acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and GAAP.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Required Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • 2-4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency with ERP and reporting systems (Oracle/Netsuite preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, analysis, and data consolidation.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $67,150 – $82,950
