The Senior Administrative Assistant will join the Custom Silicon Hardware Engineering team and provide high-level executive support within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires a highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and experienced in supporting multiple executives across different teams and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and overseeing logistical arrangements
- Schedule meetings across multiple time zones and organizational levels, including arranging conference rooms, virtual platforms, and catering services
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel plans, including handling passport and visa documentation requirements
- Prepare, review, and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with special initiatives by conducting research, compiling relevant data, and preparing reports and presentations
- Support the planning and execution of department-wide events, quarterly business meetings, and employee recognition activities
- Act as a central point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders to maintain seamless communication and workflow
- Demonstrate outstanding organizational capabilities while managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5–8 years of administrative or business support experience, particularly in executive-level support roles
- Strong background in calendar management and travel coordination
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, adapt to shifting priorities, and exercise sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes, resolve issues, and escalate matters appropriately
Compensation for this role ranges from $34 to $52 per hour. Final base pay will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skill set, location, and current market conditions.
