Role Overview

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a central role in keeping the sales team operating efficiently and ensuring excellent experiences for customers and partners. You will manage daily processes, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure orders, pricing requests, and marketing tasks are handled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize team workflows: Establish and manage processes to handle workloads efficiently; identify opportunities to improve current workflows
  • Support customer pricing activities: Partner with sales to submit and update customer price requests; assist with pricing inquiries; track special pricing programs; manage sample orders and ensure timely updates to stakeholders
  • Support distribution and channel accounts: Assist account managers with administrative and operational tasks; provide visibility into order status, backlog, and inventory
  • Lead and opportunity management: Monitor and distribute leads from reseller programs, campaigns, and tradeshows; ensure timely handling of leads
  • Coordinate with Marketing: Submit, track, and expedite marketing collateral requests; support alignment between marketing initiatives and sales activities
  • Team calendar and coverage coordination: Maintain master team calendar; track sales coverage, meetings, tradeshows, PTO schedules, and key events
  • Meeting and event coordination: Assist management in planning and facilitating meetings; prepare agendas, capture action items, and follow up
  • Executive and management support: Provide administrative support to executives and management with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and practical experience
  • Experience supporting or working within a sales organization, including sales operations, sales support, or administrative support for sales teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or ERP systems
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to maintain positive cross-functional relationships
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills

Pay Transparency Notice
