How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide direct, compassionate nursing care while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Supervise and guide daily activities of assigned nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations, standards, and guidelines
• Follow directives and expectations set by the Director of Nursing
• Confirm that all assigned nursing staff adhere to facility policies and procedures

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence
• Current and valid CPR certification
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Excellent clinical assessment, technical, and documentation skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity
