Description:
Arrow Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Specialist II to join our team in Centennial, CO. This role focuses on managing multiple building improvements and construction projects from planning to execution while ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine project management expertise with strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding of commercial real estate and construction practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple construction and building improvement projects simultaneously from conception through completion.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and prepare construction drawings.
- Participate in lease negotiation and review processes.
- Lead project meetings, establish schedules, and supervise external crews, furniture installers, movers, and IT service providers.
- Manage project financials including budgeting, invoicing, and cost control.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and anticipation of needs.
- Support corporate space planning efforts.
- Coordinate with internal departments including IT, Security, Facilities Management, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain.
- Provide metrics to evaluate program achievements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships for site support services, including pricing coordination and order placement.
- Work closely with the Facilities Management team to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience managing executive-level stakeholders and driving initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Knowledge of space planning, furniture layouts, interior finishes, and equipment requirements.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction plans, leases, and vendor contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
- Preferred knowledge in Architecture/Engineering and experience with AutoCAD.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate and handle multiple projects effectively.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid model: In-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Remote on Monday and Friday.
