We’re currently looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong investigative mindset and a drive to improve internal processes. If you are passionate about accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement, you might be the right fit for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor internal procedures, identify non-conformity trends, and analyze compliance challenges
- Follow up on corrective actions and engage in discussions with team members or leadership about ongoing compliance concerns
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure alignment with internal guidelines and external certifications such as ISO 9001 and CE
- Provide support to external auditors as needed
- Manage and compile product certifications and documentation to fulfill customer requirements
- Oversee calibration of gauges and escalate warranty issues to management
- Review and evaluate proposed procedural changes to ensure adherence to QA standards
- Conduct supplier evaluations and contribute to supplier quality monitoring
You’ll also be expected to take on additional tasks as needed, depending on business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis, statistics, or auditing
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Strong written communication and critical thinking skills
This is an in-office, full-time position with occasional overtime based on workload. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
