Powerback is currently hiring Physical Therapists (PRN) for opportunities at Locust Grove Retirement Village in Mifflin, Pennsylvania. This role is based within a facility setting and reports directly to the Director of Rehabilitation. Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate physical therapy treatment plans
  • Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to restore, enhance, and maintain physical abilities
  • Provide hands-on therapy services while adapting treatment to each patient’s needs
  • Educate patients and caregivers on techniques that promote independence and long-term recovery
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and make referrals when additional care is required

Qualifications:

  • Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility to practice in the state of employment
  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or
  • Master’s degree in a related field with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with at least five years of progressive PT experience
  • Foreign-earned PT degrees must be evaluated and deemed equivalent to U.S. standards
