The company is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its corporate accounting team. This role is central to payroll operations, covering tasks such as timesheet processing, employee data management, reporting, and administrative support. The position demands strong attention to detail, organization, and a customer-centric mindset, coupled with an “ALL IN” attitude to support the company’s mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for payroll functions and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
  • Manage HRIS/Payroll system functions, including transferring data, running reports, and handling transactions.
  • Process timesheets, timecards, absence and vacation records, validating accuracy before exporting to accounting systems.
  • Support the structure and maintenance of the electronic timekeeping system, including setups for new hires, pay codes, groups, and roles.
  • Process payroll, generate direct deposits, and handle postings.
  • Participate in New Hire Orientation with payroll team members.
  • Complete employment verifications and manage employee garnishments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the payroll department.
