Description:
U.S. Legal Support is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, supporting smooth business operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The specialist will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and fulfillment departments, resolving order discrepancies and verifying data for timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer orders into the company’s order management system promptly.
- Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and customer information, to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to clarify order details and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update order records, tracking statuses, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Identify and escalate any order processing issues or delays to management for resolution.
- Generate and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and reports as required.
- Continuously review and improve order entry processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in order entry, data entry, or related administrative roles.
- Proficiency with order management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in the business services industry or a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP software.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.
