Concentra is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced PRN Registered Nurse to provide onsite healthcare services at a client location in Lyndora, Pennsylvania. This opportunity allows you to play a meaningful role in promoting employee wellness, ensuring workplace safety, and delivering high-quality occupational health services within a professional worksite setting.

This PRN position offers a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with both 8-hour and 10-hour shifts available based on business needs. It is ideal for a compassionate nursing professional who is passionate about preventive care, injury management, and supporting workforce health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe, evaluate, and accurately document patients’ symptoms, medical conditions, and progress.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized nursing care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and preventive strategies.
• Provide nursing services and first aid treatment to employees who experience illness or injury at the client’s worksite.
• Promote workplace health initiatives and serve as a health advocate for employees and their families.
• Ensure all services are delivered in compliance with Concentra’s policies, procedures, and applicable occupational health regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in occupational health nursing.
• Previous occupational health experience is required; COHN certification is preferred.

Work Environment:

• Clinical setting located within a workplace environment.
• Schedule and hours are determined based on operational and client business needs.
