The company is currently seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Operations Assistant to support daily administrative and operational functions at its Orlando, Florida headquarters. This is a fully in-office role that plays a vital part in maintaining a professional, efficient, and welcoming workplace while assisting multiple departments as needed.

Job Scope and Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance, including answering and routing incoming calls, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining structured filing systems.
- Draft, format, and print internal communications such as reports, correspondence, and memoranda.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
- Support logistical tasks including shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination across various departments.
- Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies, including beverages and snacks, to ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary office setting by routinely disinfecting high-touch areas such as door handles, elevator buttons, shared surfaces, and common spaces.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally while monitoring front-office activities.
- Assist in organizing and executing company events and internal initiatives.
- Perform additional operational and administrative tasks as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a restaurant, café, hospitality, retail, or similar fast-paced service environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Comfortable maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the workday.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving packages and supply boxes weighing up to 30–40 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience restocking supplies and maintaining orderly work areas.
- Ability to multitask, remain proactive, and independently identify areas requiring attention.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email systems, and phone platforms.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and initiative in supporting a polished office environment.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based, with potential occasional travel to other company properties or office locations.
- May require standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, speaking, hearing, and manual dexterity during routine duties.
- Visual requirements include close and distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
A background check and drug/substance screening will be required following a conditional offer of employment. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of both screenings. The company also conducts randomized drug and substance testing approximately every 60 days in accordance with internal standards.
