This position requires in-office presence five days a week and involves direct support for offsites, events, and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and productive workplace environment for employees
  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and space organization
  • Partner with internal teams such as People Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless employee experiences
  • Support recognition programs that strengthen company culture and connection
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace needs
  • Support hybrid and remote employee initiatives that promote community and engagement
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance workplace experience and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in workplace operations, employee experience, or People/HR coordination
  • Event planning and management experience, including team gatherings and offsites
  • Experience sourcing and managing external vendors, office management vendors, or gifting platforms
  • Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and HR tools such as Workday or ChartHop
  • Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams
  • Creative approach to building culture and engagement
