This position requires in-office presence five days a week and involves direct support for offsites, events, and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and productive workplace environment for employees
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and space organization
- Partner with internal teams such as People Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless employee experiences
- Support recognition programs that strengthen company culture and connection
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace needs
- Support hybrid and remote employee initiatives that promote community and engagement
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance workplace experience and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in workplace operations, employee experience, or People/HR coordination
- Event planning and management experience, including team gatherings and offsites
- Experience sourcing and managing external vendors, office management vendors, or gifting platforms
- Familiarity with Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and HR tools such as Workday or ChartHop
- Experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams
- Creative approach to building culture and engagement
