Meadowview Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing and long-term care rehabilitation team in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania. What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence with activities of daily living and functional performance
• Design and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress using Net Health and PointClickCare systems
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered care plans
• Educate residents, families, and staff as appropriate to support treatment goals

What We’re Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a patient-focused and compassionate approach
