Meadowview Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated PRN Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing and long-term care rehabilitation team in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania. What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence with activities of daily living and functional performance
- Design and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress using Net Health and PointClickCare systems
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered care plans
- Educate residents, families, and staff as appropriate to support treatment goals
What We’re Looking For
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license
- Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Familiarity with Net Health and PointClickCare is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a patient-focused and compassionate approach
