As a Manager, B2B Accounts Payable, you will join the Global Accounts Payable team, reporting directly to the Global Accounts Payable Director. In this leadership role, you will oversee the Accounts Payable processes for supply chain and manufacturing vendors, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial operations across multiple systems, including ERS (Evaluated Receipt Settlement) and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

Key Responsibilities:

ERS Processing:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS) process, ensuring accurate matching of purchase orders and goods receipts for timely payments.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Operations, and Receiving teams to verify PO accuracy and goods receipt data.
  • Investigate and resolve ERS discrepancies, such as mismatches in price, quantity, or product quality.

EDI Invoice Processing:

  • Manage the full cycle of EDI invoices, ensuring accurate and efficient processing into the company’s accounting system.
  • Troubleshoot EDI issues, resolving errors and ensuring seamless data flow between NVIDIA and trading partners.
  • Maintain compliance with internal standards while optimizing system performance.

General Accounts Payable Duties:

  • Oversee timely and precise data entry for ERS and EDI-related payments.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy and vendor satisfaction.
  • Monitor GRIR accounts and reconcile variances, including preparation of account aging and reconciliation reports.
  • Support month-end close by reconciling GRIR subledger to the general ledger.
  • Maintain well-documented records of all invoices, reconciliations, and payment transactions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries and improve vendor relations.
  • Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance, with accurate documentation.
  • Continuously enhance AP processes by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in accounts payable or supply chain finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with ERS and EDI systems, ideally with SAP and Opentext.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with vendors and internal stakeholders.
