OneDigital is seeking a talented Global Benefits Consultant to join our growing team remotely in the United States. The Global Benefits Consultant will work directly with clients to establish and manage employee benefit programs outside the U.S., providing day-to-day support and strategic consulting. This role is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and technology-focused, offering opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main day-to-day contact with clients
- Identify client needs and prioritize work effectively
- Oversee junior consulting staff to ensure timely, high-quality work
- Participate in new business activities, including presentations and proposal reviews
- Mentor junior staff and develop consulting skills
- Collaborate with clients and local broker partners to set up and renew benefit programs
- Research, draft, and present global benefit benchmarking reports
- Maintain global benefit inventories for clients
- Advise clients on employee benefits regulations and legislative changes
- Assist in developing global benefit philosophies and governance models
- Work on ad-hoc projects and client requests as needed

Education, Training, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree required
- 8+ years’ experience in insurance/group employee benefits preferred
- Experience in global employee benefits preferred
- Life & Health License preferred (willing to obtain if not already licensed)

- Compensation includes base pay, potential variable pay, commissions, and annual bonuses based on performance
