We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our NYC office onsite. In this role, you will design, build, and integrate full-stack solutions, contribute to new product features, and work closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end full-stack solutions, including backend data models, APIs, and React interfaces
• Integrate core platform systems into customer-facing products
• Design and implement new product features from concept to delivery
• Drive clarity in ambiguous projects, define milestones, and manage execution
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure polished UI/UX and interaction quality
• Partner with customers to validate product fit and guide feature development
• Act as a bridge between design, platform, and backend teams to ensure cohesive delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Senior-level expertise with strong product thinking and ownership experience
• Onsite work in NYC, 5 days per week
• Experience in AI-native or high-volume systems companies
• Background in scale-stage startups or companies with complex data and compliance requirements
• Strong backend/API architecture and full-stack execution skills
• Leadership abilities and experience handling ambiguity
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
