Description:
Fuse Integration, a veteran-owned technology company based in San Diego, is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant for a part-time, temporary role (~20 hours/week for approximately 3 months). Fuse designs advanced communications, networking, and computing solutions that enhance information sharing for operators in airborne, maritime, and ground environments. This role supports the Finance Team with credit card reconciliation, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor weekly credit card transactions to ensure timely reconciliation
• Collect and verify receipts and supporting documentation for all credit card purchases
• Accurately input transaction data into the ERP system
• Communicate with departments to request missing receipts or documentation
• Track submissions via shared email inboxes
• Scan and organize physical receipts for digital recordkeeping
• Maintain organized financial records to support audits and internal reviews
• Assist with additional administrative or reconciliation tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to work locally in San Diego
• S. Citizenship required

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Costpoint, or Unanet
