The E-Commerce Operations Associate will take ownership of operations across Amazon Vendor Central and retail syndication platforms, ensuring product content accuracy, smooth retail integration, and optimized availability. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven individual experienced in Amazon Vendor Central workflows.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own Amazon Vendor Central operations, managing item setup, maintenance, and compliance workflows with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle new item creation, content population, and readiness checks for product launches.
  • Maintain catalog integrity, ensuring product listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with Pacvue and internal teams (finance, supply chain) to resolve chargebacks, shortages, and operational defects.
  • Lead PO management and track timely acceptance and issue resolution.
  • Optimize retail readiness, including A+ content, imagery, and enhanced brand content in partnership with creative teams.
  • Track and report operational KPIs such as fill rate, on-time delivery, defect rate, and catalog health.
  • Address content errors, item suppression, and compliance issues across retail platforms.
  • Manage retail syndication across platforms like Syndigo, Salsify, and MikMak, ensuring consistent and accurate product content.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and updates.
  • Monitor syndication health, content completeness, and Amazon KPIs, including forecasting and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central operations.
  • Strong knowledge of item setup, content syndication workflows, and retail compliance.
  • Experience with Syndigo, Salsify, MikMak, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:
Professional office setting using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Physical Demands:
Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Frequently lift/move up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift/move up to 30 pounds. Requires close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
