We are hiring At-Home Contact Center Specialists for both full-time and part-time roles. In this position, you’ll play a vital role in qualifying inbound and outbound callers for a variety of services and programs our clients provide. These include but are not limited to Appointment Scheduling, Insurance Lead Qualification, Patient Recruitment, and Medical Appointment Setting.

As we collaborate with some of the most well-known names across various industries, maintaining professionalism and excellent communication is essential.

Wage:

• $10.00 per hour
• Training wage: $7.25 per hour

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Windows-based systems and Google Chrome
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge post-training
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• A personal desktop computer (NO Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook) with:

• Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or better
• OS: Windows 10 or later (32-bit/64-bit)
• RAM: Minimum 8GB

• A functional webcam
• Stable high-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• A quiet, dedicated home workstation/desk setup
• Availability to complete mandatory 2-week virtual training: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST (8am–4pm CST)
