Wolters Kluwer is seeking enthusiastic Customer Success Associates to join our expanding teams across the country. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with customers, including corporations, law firms, and small businesses, providing expert guidance on legal and compliance services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, professional service to customers through both verbal and written communications
  • Provide consultative support by identifying customer goals, compliance challenges, and business needs, offering solutions that ensure corporate legal compliance
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders and identify cross-selling opportunities to meet additional customer needs
  • Project manage, organize, and prioritize high volumes of requests using Salesforce and internal systems to ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Handle customer escalations independently and collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve requests efficiently
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and key partners
  • Continuously develop subject matter expertise in the department, company, and industry, maintaining a strong aptitude for learning

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and apply it to customer needs
  • Ability to make sound business decisions and exercise discretion and judgment
  • Experience in generating add-on sales revenue preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
