U-Haul is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania location. In this role, you will be the face of U-Haul, helping customers with equipment rentals, returns, and maintenance, while ensuring a high standard of service. This position includes hands-on training, on-the-job education, and certifications for equipment handling, propane filling, and forklift operation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center.
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
- Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers.
- Clean and maintain equipment, checking fluid levels and overall condition.
- Educate customers on products and services.
- Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
- Install hitches and trailer wiring.
- Fill propane and operate a forklift (certifications provided by U-Haul).
- Participate in ongoing training via U-Haul University.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Moderate risks such as working around moving parts, machines, and chemicals.
- Use of protective equipment (masks, gloves, goggles) may be required.
- Physical activity includes standing, moving around indoors/outdoors, reaching varying heights, and handling equipment weighing at least 50 lbs, with or without assistance.
