Description:
Serco Inc. is looking for an experienced Cost/Pricing Analyst SME to join its Agile Impact Group. This position provides expert-level cost estimating and analytical support across multiple projects for Department of Defense (DoD), Federal, and corporate clients. The role will be performed remotely from Cincinnati, OH.

The Cost Analyst SME will collaborate with government and industry organizations, support program offices, and present findings to senior stakeholders. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple high-priority projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed cost estimating and modeling to support program requirements.
• Deliver analyses such as: Product Support Business Case Analysis (PSBCA), Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), Life Cycle Cost Estimates, and Total Ownership Cost (TOC).
• Prepare and present Program Office Estimates (POE) and Cost Analysis Requirements Documents (CARD).
• Support acquisition milestone reviews and brief cost estimates to agencies including the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency.
• Provide objective financial insight, recommendations, and guidance to government and corporate customers.
• Participate in and/or lead collaborative working groups across various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of cost analysis and financial management experience.
• Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst credential.
• Active DoD SECRET security clearance (Top Secret preferred or ability to obtain).
• Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of cost estimation tools (ACEIT, Crystal Ball).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Air Force Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) experience.
• Certified Defense Financial Manager credential.
• Program Manager Level II or equivalent certifications.
