Trusted Home Service Partners (THSP), backed by Tyree & D’Angelo Partners, is seeking a Business Development Associate to join its dynamic and entrepreneurial team in Dallas, TX. Tyree & D’Angelo Partners (TDP) is a private equity investment firm specializing in control investments within the lower middle market, particularly companies generating $1–5M of EBITDA. TDP emphasizes long-term value creation by collaborating with business owners and management teams, implementing a tested buy-and-build strategy that has resulted in over 1,000 partnerships and $4 billion in enterprise value. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound engagement strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Collaborate with the business development team to advance leads through the deal pipeline
- Use databases and online platforms to identify acquisition opportunities with strong strategic alignment
- Evaluate potential partnerships against investment criteria and market dynamics
- Share insights and deal flow information with internal teams to support decision-making processes
- Contribute to sourcing efficiency, pipeline tracking, and other business development initiatives
- Perform administrative tasks and assist in ad hoc projects as required
- Foster teamwork and adaptability in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven background in sales, business development, or lead generation roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships
- Motivated, target-driven professional with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-oriented mindset
- Local to Dallas, TX, or willingness to relocate; ability to commute to Downtown Dallas 5 days per week
- Market research and industry analysis knowledge considered an advantage
Compensation:
- Base salary of $55,000
- Uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $75,000 – $85,000
