Trusted Home Service Partners (THSP), backed by Tyree & D’Angelo Partners, is seeking a Business Development Associate to join its dynamic and entrepreneurial team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys outreach and relationship-building, and is eager to contribute directly to the company’s partnership growth strategy in the home service sector.

Tyree & D’Angelo Partners (TDP) is a private equity investment firm specializing in control investments within the lower middle market, particularly companies generating $1–5M of EBITDA. TDP emphasizes long-term value creation by collaborating with business owners and management teams, implementing a tested buy-and-build strategy that has resulted in over 1,000 partnerships and $4 billion in enterprise value. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outbound engagement strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Collaborate with the business development team to advance leads through the deal pipeline
  • Use databases and online platforms to identify acquisition opportunities with strong strategic alignment
  • Evaluate potential partnerships against investment criteria and market dynamics
  • Share insights and deal flow information with internal teams to support decision-making processes
  • Contribute to sourcing efficiency, pipeline tracking, and other business development initiatives
  • Perform administrative tasks and assist in ad hoc projects as required
  • Foster teamwork and adaptability in a high-growth, entrepreneurial setting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven background in sales, business development, or lead generation roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships
  • Motivated, target-driven professional with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales productivity tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-oriented mindset
  • Local to Dallas, TX, or willingness to relocate; ability to commute to Downtown Dallas 5 days per week
  • Market research and industry analysis knowledge considered an advantage

Compensation:

  • Base salary of $55,000
  • Uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $75,000 – $85,000
