The Business Analyst II role is designed for early-career professionals passionate about analyzing business processes, operational challenges, and data to create impactful solutions. This full-time position is based in San Jose, California, with alternative locations across the United States, including RTP (North Carolina), Atlanta (Georgia), Austin (Texas), San Francisco (California), and remote options. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enable new capabilities, and enhance operational efficiency. Your analysis will influence strategic decision-making and support Cisco’s ongoing growth in the Internet of Everything landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze internal processes, data, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions addressing business needs
- Gather, process, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for strategic decisions
- Document and communicate business requirements to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Support process simplification initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Assist in developing new organizational capabilities to drive business growth
- Participate in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely solution delivery
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure solutions meet internal and external client needs
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in gathering, processing, and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights
- Experience extracting, documenting, and validating business requirements aligned with organizational objectives
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
