Description:
Eurest USA is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Bookkeeper Administrators. This full-time position is based at Intuitive Surgical – 1050 Kifer Road, Sunnyvale, CA 94086, and we are accepting applications online.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn – training is available.

Job Summary:
Maintain accurate and systematic records of business transactions for the assigned unit, ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers and address complaints efficiently, reporting relevant feedback to supervisors.
  • Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner during all interactions.
  • Assist the Controller with reporting and weekly closing processes.
  • Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions from various documents into journals or computer files.
  • Summarize data in ledgers or computer files and transfer information to the general ledger. Reconcile and balance accounts.
  • Compile statistics, including cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other operational reports.
  • Calculate employee wages and submit payroll registers.
  • Prepare tax reports and mail monthly statements to customers as needed.
  • Complete records through trial balances and perform other assigned duties.
