Shift Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- Pay: $22.25 per hour + $2.00/hr second shift incentive
- Additional monthly bonuses for performance and safety achievements
Role Purpose:
The Auditor is responsible for accurate checking, counting, and verification of all products moving in and out of the warehouse. This includes ensuring shipments are damage-free, free of infestation, and that production codes and dates are properly documented. The role also requires verifying accuracy against customer orders and manifests, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with warehouse operations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Count and verify all inbound shipments against manifests and check for damages, infestation, and accurate production codes
- Report mis-shipments, shortages, or damages promptly using proper documentation
- Sign for inbound freight and confirm outbound shipments when required
- Audit outbound orders, verifying product quantity, quality, labeling, and destination details
- Safely operate forklifts, VNA trucks, or other material-handling equipment to support warehouse operations
- Assist with loading and unloading products as needed
- Perform cycle counts, spot checks, and inventory audits to identify discrepancies
- Document audit results and corrective measures while keeping accurate records and logs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support warehouse security and participate in physical inventories
- Complete other related duties as assigned
Required Education & Experience:
- Must be able to meet material handling equipment certification requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months experience in warehousing, material handling, or operating a VNA forklift/reach truck (preferred)
- Proficiency with scanners, WMS, and audit tools highly desirable
