This position plays a crucial part in enhancing client satisfaction through effective communication, internal coordination, and operational support.

As an Assistant Client Service Manager, you’ll support the Client Service Manager in handling day-to-day tasks, ensuring that the expectations of our clients are consistently met or exceeded. You’ll engage with internal departments, respond to client inquiries, track interactions, and help improve service protocols.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
