Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist Department: Customer Service Imagine360 is currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist. This position is responsible for the creating a smooth workflow between Claims and Member Services departments as it regards to members & providers.

Support requests from Member Services by using office equipment including but not limited to computer hardware and software and mail, while working with limited supervision.

Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Position Location: Open to remote Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support Member Services and Claims Examiners, including reviewing faxes submitted to our company, and distributes the work to Member Services Professionals who can provide the necessary assistance.

Distribute faxes received into company. Initiate SRS (Service Request System) tickets. Complete Provider Opt-Out Request forms. Pull check copies and handle stale-dated checks Scan all documentation into DocuShare as required Perform other duties as assigned Perform all tasks in accordance with HIPAA and PHI guidelines Complete HIPAA training annually Required Experience / Education: High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of clerical, mailroom, storekeeping, shipping and receiving, or delivery experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
