Description:
Google is looking for an Administrative Business Partner to support its Cloud AI team in Sunnyvale, CA. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone of your team, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions. You will help your managers and team members stay focused on strategic priorities by resolving administrative and operational challenges proactively.
This role requires agility, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of Google products and services to strategically support the team’s projects. You will manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and contribute to overall team efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, maintain, and update executive and team calendars with minimal guidance.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Execute expense management tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Evaluate and advocate for office space requirements as needed.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events, coordinating with internal partners and external vendors.
- Manage travel coordination for executives and team members, ensuring smooth arrangements.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment handling tasks such as travel management, expense reports, calendar management, and facilities coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment.
- Experience managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning through execution.
- Strong business judgment, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across diverse job functions.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic environment.
