Ravh-IT is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant – Level III to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to a designated department or senior-level individual. This position is suited for professionals with 5–8 years of hands-on administrative experience who can operate independently, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a dynamic work environment.

As a Level III Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of clerical and organizational tasks that contribute directly to the smooth functioning of daily business operations. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize assignments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level administrative support to assigned departments or leadership personnel.
  • Perform document preparation tasks including word processing, formatting, and maintaining organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Manage incoming calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and direct communications to the appropriate individuals.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings or conferences as required.
  • Maintain and update financial records, assist with expense tracking, and support reporting requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up documentation.

  • Support special projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • 5–8 years of progressive administrative experience in a professional environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
