Description:

Allied OneSource is seeking an Account Coordinator to join their dynamic team in a remote capacity. Although the office is based in Lenexa, KS, applicants must reside in the Kansas City metro area and are required to use their own equipment for the role.

Schedule and Contract Details:

  • Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Initial contract is for 90 days, with the possibility of extension
  • Hourly pay rate is $18

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients to ensure they have the necessary supplies to complete assigned tasks
  • Reach out to clinics to follow up on missing or incomplete documentation or items
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while building rapport with new contacts

Preferred Background:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education required
  • Experience in customer service or account management roles
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a high-volume workload
  • Must possess a professional attitude and excellent communication skills
