Imagine360 is currently seeking a Provider Support Specialist to join the team! The Provider Support Specialist will maintain the integrity and accuracy of Provider Records.

Position Location: San Antonio, eventual Hybrid position

This is a full time, 40 hours per week position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Essential Functions:

• Enter new providers into the claims processing system
• Maintain provider records to ensure claims transfer into the system successfully by working the maintenance (M837) file
• Call/write provider for information
• Mail form W-9 request letters and follow up to ensure responses are received.
• Verify Provider name and Tax Identification Number (TIN)
• Retrieve Form W-9 form provider and enter correct information in system.
• Enter provider fee schedules for PPO networks.
• Send contract letter and enter contract arrangements in the system when a group or group’s representative negotiates a direct contract with a provider.
• Respond to telephone or written provider inquiries as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Perform all tasks in accordance with HIPAA/PHI guidelines
• Complete HIPAA training annually

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED, and one year or more of work experience.
