The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities in a professional, fast-paced environment and demonstrates a high level of integrity when handling financial data.

In this role, you will manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including preparing invoices, tracking incoming payments, and monitoring outstanding balances. You will reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements regularly to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintaining accurate general ledger entries and structured financial documentation will be an essential part of your daily responsibilities.

The position also involves supporting payroll processing and reviewing employee expense reports for completeness and accuracy.
