Description:
As a Senior Administrator – Customer Care, you will be responsible for managing and completing daily administrative operations for a large and/or complex branch location. The role focuses on maintaining defined service standards, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks while ensuring customers are supported efficiently and cost-effectively. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include executing daily administrative tasks according to documented process maps and company procedures. You will collaborate with Sales and Sales Management teams by preparing and updating reports, reconciling transactions, and supporting customer service initiatives. Timely completion of branch audits and compliance activities in accordance with company guidelines is also required. Strong organizational skills are essential to manage responsibilities across assigned branches.
You will partner with management to identify and implement process improvements, while tracking and submitting KPI data to support operational enhancements. The role also involves assisting the Customer Care Manager with employee development and training initiatives.
Additional duties include researching and verifying tax and freight charges, issuing credit memos where applicable, and coordinating with Financial Services to resolve outstanding claims. You will onboard new customers into internal systems such as WESNET and PACT, generate branch security reports, and perform light accounting tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable support, and invoice approval preparation. Various branch-level reports, including tax and security documentation, must be completed accurately and on schedule.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree or College Diploma preferred), prior administrative experience, and strong multitasking capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and travel up to 25% of the time is expected. Knowledge of company policies, purchasing, inventory, quality systems, and administrative procedures is considered an advantage.
Compensation ranges from $20.61 to $30.92 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.
