What You’ll Do

  • Assist with receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products
  • Process returns, verify quantities, assess product condition, and complete necessary documentation
  • Arrange shipment pick-ups, coordinate with delivery drivers, and manage schedules
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond promptly to customer and client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate service problems when needed
  • Promote and encourage safe work practices among colleagues
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and follow up on variances
  • Prepare weekly operational reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team and business needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred; no prior experience required as training will be provided
  • Moderate computer skills for data entry and report support
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow supervision
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
