Position Summary:

  • Facilitate patient recovery to achieve optimal physical function in a skilled nursing facility
  • Support patient, physician, and therapy goals
  • Educate patients on maintaining achieved functional levels post-discharge, including independent exercise programs and activity modification

Education/Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active, unencumbered license in the state of practice
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with service delivery software and electronic health record (EHR) systems

Shifts & Wages:

  • Part-Time opportunities available
