Tri-Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Data Entry Specialist to support our Survey Department. This role involves accurately entering, maintaining, and managing data within company systems while assisting with a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong computer skills, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data and documentation for jobs into the company database accurately.
- Perform high-volume scanning and save documentation efficiently.
- Manage and track a large volume of emails.
- Prepare and process invoices for jobs.
- Type and maintain schedules.
- Order title reports as required.
- Process existing jobs for new orders and maintain organized records.
- Assist other departments and support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in various computer software applications, including MS Word and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
